Terms of Service

You must be 13 years or older to use Played Together. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you're under the age required by your local laws to consent to online services, please don't use the app.

Played Together is a community built on a shared love of games. Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated at your own game table. Be welcoming, be kind, and assume good faith.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other members.
• Post spam, scams, or repetitive unsolicited promotions.
• Share hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the app or its members.

If someone crosses the line, you can block or report them from their profile — reports go straight to us.

You own the content you post — your posts, reviews, photos, events, and messages remain yours. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

To actually run the app, you grant Played Together a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display the content you share, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except for copies that may remain in routine backups for a short time.

We want Played Together to stay a good place to be. If you violate these Terms — including the rules on respect, spam, and harassment above — we may suspend or permanently ban your account, with or without notice. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings.

Played Together is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that events and information posted by members are accurate. You use the app and attend events at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Played Together is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms as Played Together grows. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
